Buchan Braes Redevelopment Will Boost Local Economy
An exciting redevelopment opportunity is currently being marketed by Knight Frank to regenerate the former RAF Buchan base at Boddam, near Peterhead in Aberdeenshire, which will create jobs and boost the local economy.
A range of properties at Buchan Braes are currently on offer, including office, retail, leisure and industrial accommodation, with flexible unit sizes available, ranging from 2,500 sq ft to over 15,000 sq ft. Other units include the former nursery and medical centre, which offer potential to be refurbished and updated into modern, functional premises. The majority of properties are single storey, and are of modern construction, with brick walls, concrete floors and concrete tiled roofs.
