This 250,000 sq ft mixed-use development will create prime hotel and residential space in the heart of the city, located between the major highways and the main rail line between Cardiff and London.
It will comprise a 215-bedroom hotel as well as 118 private residential apartments with basement car parking.

This is Miller Construction’s second major project in South Wales since the completion of Morfa Retail Centre, a 287,000sq ft mixed use development located to the north of Swansea City Centre on the site of the Morfa Athletics Stadium.

The project is scheduled for completion in October 2008.
