Patton Homes Go For Gold
A distinguished Gold Standard of Excellence has been awarded to Northern Ireland firm, Patton Homes, in the UK’s most prestigious house builder competitions.
The Ballymena-based firm picked up the top award in its category at the annual British Housebuilder Awards in London’s glamorous Savoy Hotel.
There were seven size bands in total, ranging from 3-10 units up to 500 plus units per year.
Gold, silver and bronze quality standards were awarded in each category, with Patton Homes receiving the gold in the most competitive band of 76 – 150 units.
Each company’s customers over the last year were surveyed on their satisfaction with their home and the service that they were given, taking into consideration factors such as, defects and the responsiveness of the site manager.
The company‘s Chairman, David Patton said: “I am extremely proud that we have been awarded the gold standard, especially, as it acknowledges our wholehearted commitment to customer satisfaction.
“Last year we received a bronze accolade and to go a stage further this year is testament to our continuing effort to improve our attention to detail and the level of service we provide.
“I would like congratulate and thank our sales team, site managers, site personnel and everyone within the Patton Homes team for their hard work and dedication.”
