Cairn Housing Association has awarded a major partnership contract to Connaught Partnerships Ltd to maintain almost 1,000 properties throughout Scotland.

The three-year major partnership contract will, for the first time, see Cairn Housing Association use a single multi-trade contractor, with Connaught providing a reactive maintenance and void service to approximately a third of their existing stock.


Cairn has been in existence for over 30 years and has over 3,000 properties under management throughout Scotland, with offices in Edinburgh, Glasgow, Inverness, Coatbridge and Thurso. Its portfolio embraces sheltered and amenity housing, general and supported needs accommodation, shared ownership homes, and more recently Homestake properties.
