Xena Systems Delivers Record Growth
This month, Xena Systems Ltd, one of Europe’s largest loading platform hire company have delivered record hire volume, up by 30 per cent over a similar period in 2006.
Construction contractors are now realising the productivity gains and cost savings that can be made using platforms over more traditional methods of loading in/out of buildings. Typical total loading cost savings have been shown of up to 50 per cent, and productivity gains saving 2-3 hours a day on loading time.
Two thirds of the sales growth has been from Xena Systems patented, rolling Xena Deck platform, (sometimes called Preston platforms) that can be stacked above each other, giving the ability to load multiple floors, while being rolled back into the building when not in use. Used in conjunction with Xena Systems unique X12 crane, it makes a self contained loading system, releasing valuable tower crane time, site space, and manpower for other tasks.
Over 70 per cent of customers require non standard or complex installations. Xena Systems has the largest fleet and widest range of loading platforms in the Europe. These include rolling; standard, underslung and extra wide, thus ensuring customer’s requirements can usually be fulfilled from stock.
