GenSet Receives Business Excellence Award In Europe

Following hot on the heels of their success in the UK National Business Awards, GenSet, the leading South Wales based supplier of environmentally focussed construction equipment, has been honoured with a top European commercial accolade.

The company has secured a Ruban d’Honneur in the Société Générale Award for Customer Focus in the European Business Awards.

The European Business Awards is a fully independent programme that recognises and celebrates business excellence across the 27 EU member states. It is supported by sponsors who are progressive organisations committed to promoting business achievements at every level for the overall prosperity of Europe.

The programme serves to show the world that Europe has a vibrant, dynamic and robust economy. A European Advisory Panel of senior executives, econmomists and top academics contribute to the strategy of The European Business awards. Their collective business knowledge and wisdom enhances the value of the Awards for all its participants.

The European Business awards aim is to showcase Europe’s most successful business achievements.

Fellow finalists and foremost organisations such as the Dell Corporation Inc (UK), Air Berlin (Germany), Deutsche Telekon Kundenservice (Germany) and Isuzu Trucks (UK) will join with GenSet executives to celebrate their successes.

The European Business Awards 2008 will be presented at a special presentation luncheon at InterContinental Paris Le Grand on Tuesday 11 March 2008.

GenSet is a major supplier to the British and, through their associate company, TowerLight, the worldwide rental market. They supply a range of environmentally sustainable portable generators, welders, pumps, lighting towers and accommodation units. The company has recently received a Green Apple Award for their HogCell and HogLoo products and they are currently marketing a range of waterless urinals.
