CEA Conference – Programme Announced
The Construction Equipment Association (CEA) has announced the programme for its annual conference on Thursday 10 April. The venue will again be One Great George Street, Westminster, London SW1.
Greg Wood, the BBC's Business Correspondent and presenter of Radio 4’s agenda setting 'Today' programme will host the day.
The 'Ingredients for Success' theme will include a briefing on the construction equipment by JCB’s Chief Economist Richard Sharp plus market insights into China and India by leading analysts Off-Highway Research. India’s Terex Vectra will also participate with a viewpoint on the booming Indian market.
A special interactive session on the Global Supply Chain will feature senior contributors from Perkins Engines, JCB, Terex and Komatsu.
CEA Chief Executive, Rob Oliver, commented: "I'm impressed by the level of commitment we have for our annual meeting – it gets bigger each year. We can truly say that it is the leading gathering of its kind.
"The challenge is to fit everything in, in the time that we have. It is a terrific testament to the vibrancy of the construction equipment sector. Greg Wood, as a rising star of the broadcasting world, will be a perfect moderator for the day."
