Ward Insulated Panels has supplied an insulated roof deck which helped to meet tight deadlines on the Anchor Point residential development in Sheffield.

Advanced Roofing Ltd installed Topdek supplied with an integral Trocal membrane to the popular city centre development of 188 contemporary apartments.

Topdek is a factory pre-engineered single fix roof deck that facilitates faster on-site assembly. It comprises a high-performance single-ply PVC outer membrane integrally bonded to a FIREsafe PIR insulation core approved to Loss Protection Certification Board (LPBC) standards with zero Ozone Depletion Potential (zero ODP) and a steel trapezoidal profile inner deck.
