M-Cut Anchors Awarded Second Prize At Prestigious Innovation Awards
M-Cut Anchors, the company which scooped second prize in the Innovation Awards at Practical World in March, have taken design to new heights to enable you to achieve two things: faster placement of fixings in a variety of materials and security equal to or in many cases better than comparable screws and anchors on the market.
That means time and money saved without any compromise to safety - every time.
Take for example the M-Cut Universal Screw. It fixes directly into concrete, brickwork, blockwork, chipboard and timber without the need for pre-marking and pre-drilling for a larger diameter plastic plug. Just drill into the substrate through the fixture, drive home a screw and then repeat for the other fixing points with the fixture already held in place. Just drill and screw - job done.
Or the M-Cut Resin Anchor Screw that creates undercuts in the material to give a positive mechanical interlock in addition to the resin binding. What's more, there is virtually no creep, so there is no need to return in 24 hours to check the torque. Time and money saved again.
Or look at the M-Cut female Undercut Anchor that is ideal for fixings in reinforced concrete. Shallow enough to avoid the rebars, but strong enough to use in cracked concrete, the unique rapid setting mechanism with colour coded after-set washer enables a rapid visual check of which anchors have been set properly and which have not. Count the savings with the anchors.
