For 10 years, Laser Products Industries has focused on supplying lasers to help identify and provide the means to gather information on irregular and inappropriate job conditions and to accurately correct them or fabricate finished products to match.
LT-55 XL Precision Laser Templator
The LT-55 XL Precision Laser Templator is now available. Using Samsung's Q1 Ultra TabletPC, completely rewritten software, 2½x larger screen, digital camera, wireless internet capabilities and a physical keyboard, templating has never been easier. You can drag the drawing around the screen, click + or - to zoom in and out, take pictures of the job and attach them to the template file. All the command buttons are now on the screen for easy access. The larger screen makes editing a breeze and with a wireless internet card you can email the pictures, template, and a customer's signature back to the shop from the field. We have added some standard fillets and offsets and you can add more depending on what is popular in your area. Every time you turn the Samsung Q1 on, if an internet connection is available, it will searches for our latest update and installs it for you (with your permission of course). The training videos will be loaded on the Q1 so if you get stuck in the field, just start the video and get the help you need.
We wanted to make sure that we would not leave our current customers out in the cold. This why existing LT-55 owners can send in their older units to us and we will retrofit them to have the same capabilities as the LT-55 XL. This is a great option when considering what you get. Other digital templating systems might take your old unit back and give you $1000-$3000 credit towards your new purchase. Instead we just charge you for the cost of the new hardware and software. This means you do not need to purchase an entirely new unit. How many times have you gone into a store and made a big purchase. Then a week later the new model came out for the same price? Well, there is no reason you can't have the new model for the same great price.
LT-55 Precision Laser Templator (Original with HP PocketPC)
From half the starting cost to 10 times less operating cost, the LT-55 Precision Laser Templator sets a new standard in digital templating. It's not mechanical, it's not photography, its precision laser measuring in REAL TIME with extremely low operating costs in the field and at the shop. This unit provides field measurements in .dxf format with multi color and multi plane files.
With the LT-55 there is nothing else to buy: the software is loaded onto the PDA which comes attached and ready to go. In only 5 minutes you can have a 50 point measurement in a .dxf file. No more returning to the shop and (after a 30 minute download) seeing 'Not Enough Data' on your screen. With the LT-55, you will see the drawing before you leave the site and can even email it back to the shop. The LT-55 can measure 3,000 points in less time than it takes any other system to measure 100 points for half the unit cost and 1/10 the labor.
