Faithful+Gould Awarded New Affordable Housing Contract

Faithful+Gould's Nottingham office has been appointed to provide a number of services to the Quantum Consortium Development Consultant Framework.

The Framework, which comprises Derwent Living, East Midlands Housing Group, Futures Housing Group and LHA-ASRA Group, will support each of the members of the consortium to meet their respective business plans and to contribute to the government's agenda to build affordable and sustainable communities.


Faithful+Gould will act as Project Managers, Employer's Agent, Purchaser's Agent, Cost Consultants, CDM Co-ordinator, Party Wall Surveyor and Code for Sustainable Homes Assessors on the project.

Richard Clarke, Regional Director at Faithful+Gould, said: "This four year appointment is a significant milestone in the development of our housing and healthcare business in the East Midlands, and will provide great potential to extend our quality service delivery to both existing and new clients."
