Double Appointment For Sanctuary
Housing provider Sanctuary Group has strengthened its Information Systems (IS) department with a double appointment to meet the growing needs of the business.
David Barnett and Alan Young have been appointed as systems and development support managers at Sanctuary's Worcester head-office looking after Sanctuary's Housing and Commercial activities.
David Barnett is leading a team of 25 professionals and is responsible for the strategic planning of housing related business applications and IS resources.
With 19 years experience in the housing sector to his name, David said: "I am looking forward to enhancing Sanctuary's robust IS systems and ensure they are utilised to the full in order to maximise the benefits to this growing and forward looking organisation."
Alan Young will be responsible for looking after the Group's finance, HR, care and SMS systems and will head up a team of 14 staff. He held positions at Remploy Employment Services and Oberthur Card systems prior to joining Sanctuary.
Alan said: "One of my key aims will be to ensure that the technology helps Sanctuary achieve its aim to improve on efficiencies. I would like to further enhance its state of the art systems to ensure the Group has the continued ability to manage future projects in line with projected growth."
