Have A Say On Affordable Housing
Households across Leicester are being asked to give their views on the future of affordable housing in the city.
The city council has just published its draft Affordable Housing Strategy and Delivery Plan, which sets out the city's housing targets until 2013.
In all, the council wants to build 992 new affordable homes by 2013 to meet the need for housing. The draft strategy sets out the city council's goals, and how it plans to achieve them.
The affordable housing targets form part of the One Leicester 25-year vision to provide a real choice of housing for everyone in the city.
