Exbury Homes Appointed For Sustainable Build By Saxon Weald
Exbury Homes' success continues as they are appointed as constructors on a sensitive rural build in Amberley West Sussex.
This contract requires Level 3 Code of Sustainability, and draws upon Exbury's expertise in this area.
Following continued success since their first home build in 1993, the following years have seen Exbury develop into a high quality and conscientious company in Housing association developments. They rely upon their own highly qualified workforce, as well as the ability to call upon sub contractors with proven results in their field. Site managers will manage on larger projects, but will be hands on if necessary. This adaptability allows Exbury to maintain control in all builds.
Whilst the continued focus for Exbury is the design and build of quality homes for the Housing Association sectors, they still maintain a passion for high quality private dwellings. The work in this area evolves around the client desire, brought to fruition by Exbury's exacting interpretation, and implementation of current best practices. In their recent project, Almora, in Romsey, Exbury was responsible for the design of the oil fired under floor heating, and in attaining the Environment Agency and Building Regulation Approval.
Having developed considerably since the completion of their first Home for sale in 1993, Exbury has emerged as a strong performer in the Housing Association Building Sector. The Current contract with Saxon Weald will provide valuable housing, and allow Exbury Homes to continue contributing to quality homes for all in the U.K.
