Megaman Launch New Catalogue
Specialist energy saving lamp manufacturer Megaman UK, has released a new concept in catalogues.
Split into two distinct sections, the 2009 catalogue details the company's energy efficient lamps on one side and, when turned over, highlights the Fozz Lighting range of products, that provide flexible, energy saving lighting solutions for a wide range of domestic and leisure applications.
Simple and intuitive navigation is central to the catalogue concept which, in addition to detailed product descriptions and photography, provides technical information on everything from lamp types, lighting performance and cost of ownership to advice on installation. In addition to this, Megaman can now provide a producer compliance scheme, WEEElite, the details of which can be found in the catalogue.
In addition to established ranges, including the revolutionary new Dimmerable Series, the Reflector Series and Clusterlite for commercial and industrial lighting, many new products have been added for 2009. These include the 9W GU9 alternative to mains voltage G9’s offering 15,000 hours lamp life, the Spiral range from 5W to 23W, 25W R7’s providing an alternative to linear halogen lamps and the addition of 11W, 15W, and 20W to the PLi range of plug-in tubes.
Product ranges that have been expanded for 2009 include the 14W GU10 reflector series, the new PAR 30 reflector range, the 9W Dimmerable GX53-Dimmerable and the 15W GLS-Classic.
The new catalogue also marks the launch of five new luminaires, designed to compliment and enhance the illumination provided by Megaman lamps. Kevina recessed downlights and track spotlights have been designed for use with Megaman's 10W and 13W Matrix PL-T2 lamps, whilst Edge is a stylish metallic downlight for use with 11W, 15W or 20W PLi lamps to replace halogen fittings. Three new interior wall lights are also featured; Torch, Eclipse and Stratum.
Megaman is fully committed to minimising its own environmental impact and contributing to sustainability through its products. Megaman lamps have a longer life than conventional CFLs of up to 15,000 hours, so fewer lamps are disposed of each year, whilst its manufacturing processes are fully compliant with environmental legislation and industry codes of practice. The chic and innovative Fozz range of products provide flexible lighting solutions at a very competitive price for a wide range of domestic and leisure applications. All the luminaires in the Fozz range combine expertise in contemporary design along with energy saving potential by utilising Megaman’s energy efficient lamps.
