The four-year CityWest Homes EU compliant framework follows others secured with Network Housing Group, Sanctuary Housing, the Guinness Trust and Moat Housing Association. The primary focus of each will cover new build housing projects to create affordable rent and mix-tenure homes.

These latest frameworks, expected to deliver over £500 million of new projects over their lifespan, brings the number of long-term frameworks Inspace currently has to 32. They cover a broad range of work for the social housing sector including new-build and estate regeneration as well as repairs, maintenance and stock reinvestment to nearly 80,000 homes.
