Our finned tube heating elements have been working successfully in our trench heating systems for decades but have far more uses than just in trench heating.
Having sold many thousands of metres of this copper and aluminium heat exchanger for various projects we can say with confidence that they are very effective and are very easy to use.
With the ability to be used in high and low temperature hot water systems they are a highly practical heating solution. All our finned heating elements are designed and built in house by our experienced team and are available in 15mm and 22mm copper tube variants. The aluminium finns are mechanically bonded to the seamless copper tubes and offer an excellent heat transfer.

Although we manufacture the finned tube heating elements for our own trench heaters we also offer bespoke sizes to fit other applications and can be cut and joined together where required
