A Pre-insulated Wall Panel System with Airtight Membranes, Soya Based Insulation and uPVC Windows included as Standard with an Internal Service Batten.

Future Structures has listened to feedback from contractors and self builders alike, and while Timber Frame construction is their preferred method, it was often said, how could we speed up the already speedy building programme – The Answer: build it off site.
In our 20,000ft2 facility in Carrick on Shannon, we assemble the timber frame wall panel system, as we have done for other clients before. But now we take the time to Pre-Insulate each external skin wall panel, fit an Air-Tight Membrane internally and then supply & fit a service batten inside that again. Soya Based Spray-foam Insulation is sprayed into each and every crevice of the External Wall Panels, labelled Ex001, Ex002 right through, achieving a U-Value of 0.25 to walls.
Aitright Membranes are factory fitted, in a quality driven, controlled factory environment ensuring that the product is fitted with the maximum precision required and with attention to detail achieved.
uPVC Windows and Doors are selected by the clients at confirmation of order stage, and the units are either installed in the factory prior to delivery, or before the frame is completed on site. Reveals and edges are taped and secured so that the Air-Tight membranes can be completed on site.
When the package is delivered and erected on the clients foundations, Future Structures Ltd carry out a blower-door test and upon achieving a successful reading, issue the client with an Air Tight certificate for same.
The Fast Frame system speeds up the clients building process by up to 3 weeks, thus eliminating longer time on site for attendances and trades, scaffold services and overhead costs, etc,.
When the Fast Frame is complete, the build has two instant advantages over other conventional open panel timber frame systems, in that (a) the services can be fitted immediately without delay, and (b) there is an instant cavity created for an additional 50mm rigid-batt insulation to be fitted, thus reducing the U-Value of the walls significantly further again. It’s just fantastic!
