Jaeggi HTK Series Hybrid Dry Coolers and HTV Series Hybrid Condensers
High Efficiency Jaeggi hybrid coolers and condensers save energy and water. They reduce operating costs and maintenance costs for owners and operators.
When compared to traditional cooling towers, evaporative condensers or dry coolers/coolers, the annual energy and water savings are significant which translate directly to lower operating costs. Overall life cycle costs are reduced plus important environmental benefits are gained. Both Jaeggi hybrid coolers and hybrid condensers are approved as energy saving technology under the Government Enhanced Capital Allowance (ECA) scheme.

Swiss-engineered Jaeggi hybrid dry coolers and condensers combine the advantages of evaporative cooling with the benefits of dry cooling, making them an ideal modern alternative for both new projects, upgrades and retrofits. Developed with the support of the Swiss Energy Commission, and with 2500+ installations throughout UK, Ireland and Europe, they provide energy efficient and water efficient heat rejection for office buildings, airports, hospitals, shopping centres and data centres, as well as for CHP and CCHP energy centres and within process cooling applications.
Jaeggi Hybrid Blue ADC Series Advanced Dry Cooler
The Hybrid Blue is an Advanced Dry Cooler. The Hybrid Blue features the simplicity of a dry cooler with greatly increased efficiency.
The increase in efficiency is achieved by the pre-cooling of the air by special cellulose wetting pads arranged in a unique tapered modular design.
Features
The performance of the Hybrid Blue ADC is assured by the integral PLC control system and variable speed fans. Each operating point can be determined individually with only the necessary amount of pre-cooling water used. Thus operating costs are kept to a minimum.

- Chemical Free Operation – The mains quality pre-cooling water is not re-circulated and the system is completely drained when not in use.
- Legionella safe – No sprays or aerosols.
- Non – notifiable. Do not fall under the Notification of Cooling Towers and Evaporative Condensers act 1992
- Space saving - Requires approximately 50% of the installation space of an equivalent dry air cooler.
- Lowest water consumption - Unique design regulates the amount of pre-cooling water ensuring consumption is kept to a minimum.
- Integral PLC control system with variable speed low energy EC fans.
- Due to the unique tapered arrangement of the pre-cooling pads a compact arrangement of multiple coolers is possible.
- There is no need for winter storage of pads. In cooler months (below 20 ° C), the lower part of the pre-cooling pads are raised. This decreases the air side pressure drop and therefore fan energy consumption is reduced.
