Officestor provide the full package from initial site survey, planning, installation, maintenance and after care. We are appointed distributors for ROS RACK Repair Systems which can repair existing damaged uprights in situ without having to dismantle the racking, saving time and money. Indeed it is possible to repair up to 20 frames a day versus 7-8 replacements with a new upright.
Mesh doors for pallet racking
Officestor supply mesh doors to existing pallet racking. Standard doors suit 2700mm beams and are available in 1100 and 1600 high versions. Simple bolt on doors fit to smooth face uprights and are adjustable to ensure a good fit to cater for most manufacturer types. We also provide a bespoke design service for the manufacture of gates to fit any beam size.
Anti-collapse and mesh partition systems for pallet racking.
Anti-collapse mesh fits to the back and sides of pallet racking to stop and protect items on pallets falling off the racks and harming personnel. A must for protecting personnel walking along corridors, back of racks and walkways near pallet racking.
In addition, traditional mesh free standing partitions can be incorporated with anti-collapse mesh to build secure areas such as quarantine, holding areas & stock rooms.
Mesh and timber decking
Made to measure open and closed board timber decking and mesh panels are available to cater for multi-size pallets and items directly stored on racks without a pallet. Decking offers a safe option to stop items falling through racks and protects against damaged or misaligned pallets falling through racks.
Barriers and upright protection for pallet racking
Officestor supply alert yellow tubular barriers for end of run protection from forklifts. Also strap-on alert yellow foam-filled guards and metal boots for individual uprights.
Site surveys, audits and annual inspections.
Trained inspectors will carry our detailed rack safety inspection reports to ensure no damage is over-looked. A traffic light style repair report is produced to highlight the severity and urgency of any damage so a planned repair can be carried out.
In addition can we supply load signage and general spares to ensure the safety of the pallet racking is maintained.
