30S Compression System
30S Compression system has been specifically designed to create the most precision compression. The system is made up of the HPE-2A hydraulic power pack and the EP-520C remote 30 ton compression head. The HPE-2A has a Oil delivery: 2.6 litres / min at 0 – 20 bars 0.5 litres / min at 20 – 700 bars. Engine; Air cooled. 4 cycle petrol engine 2.0 ps / 3,600 rpm, unleaded petrol -Reservoir capacity: 2.2 litres. The HPE-2 is a single acting engine driven hydraulic pump suitable for single acting presses for transmission line use. This pump is one of the most sophisticated on today’s market. It builds pressure up to 700 bars automatically, and returns the engine RPM to an idle. Wired remote control allows operator complete control. Oil volume is large enough to operate a 60 ton class single acting compression head. Electric circuit boards are completely modulated for easy replacement and repair HPE-2A has the new FUJI HEAVY’S four cycle engine EH09-2D. This engine meets the emissions control in accordance with EPA PHASE2 and CARB TIER 2. Improving fuel cost by 15%, the 10 000psi output created is suitable for the EP-520C Remote 30 ton compression head has Ram stroke: 26mm between dies. Oil volume required: 132cc- Force at die face: 30 metric tons at normal working pressure.The EP-520C is a remote Yoke-Head hydraulic compression tool that requires an external 700 bar, (10,000psi) pumping source.

When ordering dies please specify the diameter of the manufacturers connectors or Alcan die no. ie A-9, A-10, A-11, A-12 the system is supplied with 5 metre 10 000psi Izumi hydraulic hose and parker couplings. the total weight of the system is 55kg.
