200D Compression system
200D Compression system has been specifically designed to create the most precision compression. The system is made up of the HPE-4 hydraulic power pack and the EP-200D remote 200 ton compression head. The HPE-4 has Oil delivery: 7.5 litres / min at 0 – 20 bars 1.2 litres / min at 20 – 700 bars Engine; Air cooled 4 cycle petrol engine 3.0 ps / 3,600 rpm, unleaded petrol Reservoir capacity: 10 litres. The HPE-4 is a double acting engine driven hydraulic pump suitable for double acting presses for transmission line use. This pump is one of the most sophisticated on today’s market. It builds pressure up to 700 bars automatically, and returns the engine RPM to an idle. Wired remote control allows operator complete control. Auto operation allows fully automatic compression work, advance – 700 bars – retraction of ram, by just pressing “UP” button once on the remote control switch -Compression counter to monitor compression cycles for the remainder of maintenance schedule-Pressure gauge for easy output confirmation Oil volume is large enough to operate up to 200 ton class double acting compression head. Electric circuit boards are completely modulated for easy replacement and repair. This pump is one of the most sophisticated on today’s market. Double acting means hydraulically advancing the ram to build the tonnage, then hydraulic pressure is reversed to retract the ram. This will expedite the compression cycle time.
