Oak Framed Garages

One and two bay oak framed garages have the advantage of not always needing planning permission if they are under 30m2 of floor area and under a four metre ridge height.

However, we would always advise customers to check with their local authority first. One and two bay garages are enormously popular and can incorporate many different designs and features, for instance, a secure locked room for tools or a garden store etc.
