We can tell you what is possible with your existing building, help establish your construction brief or even look at what might be possible before you buy.

Design and Planning Applications
We work with you and your local authority to devise a solution that meets your needs whilst having the best chance of planning consent, as shown by our long record of approvals. We can handle the application process and write the supporting documents now needed.

Building Regulations and Construction Information
We can prepare fully detailed plans and documentation for construction and to meet the Building Regulations. We will help you find engineers or other specialist designers where required at this stage.

Construction Information and Tendering
We can provide full information for pricing by builders, either your own or suggested from our list of preferred contractors, get in tenders, agree any changes and arrange the contract documents for you.

On Site
..and, of course, we are there to see it through, or can take a back seat if you want to manage your own build.

All Building Types
Our main output is residential new build, alterations and extensions, but we also do schools, offices, shops, restaurants etc. Just ask.

Green Construction
We were early and enthusiastic members of the Green Register, and can advise on all aspects of energy efficient and ecological construction.
